The world and too many Jews in Israel somehow forget the long years of Muslim Arab violence against Jews in Judea and Samaria and Israel that set off this “settler violence”.

Addressing in a meaningful way the settler violence would help Israel.

Administrative detention applied for *all* suspected terrorists, Jewish and Arab. Yes. For Israel’s sake.

I still remember Bibi’s generally very interesting and powerful interview back in late 2022 with Barri Weiss. When asked about his ultra right coalition partners, amongst other proven-to-be-deluded replies, he insisted that terrorism would be dealt with equally no matter the instigators. Bibi underestimated the intelligence and ideological intransigence of both Shmotrich and Ben-Gvir.

I don’t condone settler violence, but Arabs will despise Jews regardless of whether they crack down on settler violence in Judea and Samaria. Israelis need to focus on defeating their enemies, not virtue signaling. Leave the VS to America’s liberal Jews who are VS experts.

The question that remains to me after reading your article is: why isn’t settler violence already being addressed? Is it because of Bibi’s coalition partners? It wasn’t always like this so the current situation demands an explanation.
