Dermer is right. Israeli must understand that the under 40 year old Democratic voter is largely anti-Semitic, anti-Israel and anti-even-anti-the-best-MAGA ideas. It is a lost generation. Israel must go on the offensive from a PR perspective as to why Israel is a strong ally for the US and why Israeli-technology is revered even by China and Russia. Also, as painful as it might be, Israel needs to build bridges to China, and Russia, as Western Europe is moving toward a Muslim-leaning region thanks to the fast Muslim birth rates.
Israel also needs to protect its Christian citizens and Christian churches and monuments as Islam is coming for Christianity as it has come for Judaism. Israel’s greatest friends in America should be Christians as the Judeo-Christian world are together in the cross-hairs of Islamic radicals.
As much as I follow what is happening in Israel I did not realize the totality of the length of school closures. It is devastating. I taught in NY during COVID. It was a disaster for the children. I pray that these children can withstand the damage and recover. My heart breaks for them and their parents. Israelis make the enormous sacrifice for all of us and we need to support you as much as we can. Thank you for your reporting. It helps bring us closer to being in Israel and understanding what is happening.
The government of Israel must do what it needs to in order to preserve diplomacy. But I refuse to vote for Vance. The guy is a disingenuous s.o.b. groyper MOU loser. If the Republicans field him as a candidate its a sign that the American era is over.
If Israel is voting Republican in 2028 it’s going to have a major problem. Jd Vance (or whatever his name is then) has about as much chance of being elected president of the United States as does Benjamin Netanyahu
Who do you think the next President of the United States will be, if not Vance? It will need to be a DSA member or at the very least, DSA endorsed. And I don’t think the majority of Americans would vote for that ticket.
