What would be the negative consequences for president Herzog to give clemency / dismiss the charges as Trump promoted previously?

Having the prime Minister on trial for years over a gift box of cigars epitomizes maoist Marxist trinitarian tribunal toxicity yet the great nation of Israel is stained with that supreme Court which if I understand correctly didn't enable full retaliatory powers of the IDF until the evening of the 7th 🙄😖🤔

The US Constitution gives the President unlimited power to pardon. That's how Hunter Biden and Anthony Fauci got blanket pardons for any offense they might possibly have committed between 2014 and the blessed day Joe Biden left office.

Israel does not give its President that awesome power: he can only pardon someone for a specific offense of which they are already guilty, either from a conviction or plea deal.

That limited power is a good thing, as seen after the Biden pardons, and should not be lost.

The best way to stop frivolous prosecutions of political figures is to stop frivolous prosecutions of political figures. All it takes is civic responsibility, something Israel has in spades, witness the response of Israeli society to Oct 7.

If I understand you correctly until he is convicted he can't be pardoned?

That seems obvious if that's the case, how to undermine and usurp the illegitimate powers back and make them a legitimate court of justice instead of inflictors of Injustice?

Or Netanyahu could plead guilty without being convicted and then President Herzog could pardon him.

We have the same question in the US, witness all the contrived prosecutions against Trump: Trump was convicted of 32 felonies in NYC but few will be able to name one specific felony among them, so convoluted and novel was the legal theory behind them.

The only solution is an independent judicial system accountable, indirectly possibly, to the voting public, governed by a strict and written constitution.

In the end that will stop rogue, political prosecutors. Sometimes...

These days anything one disagrees with is a "threat to our democracy"

But 19 years ago, long before the controversy about judicial reform, one of America's top constitutional scholars, Judge Richard Posner, took Israel's all-powerful judiciary to task. His essay is well worth reading again today

The entities that attempt to manifest legitimacy against Israel such as the ICC don't acknowledge Israel and Israel doesn't them, is that irrelevancy defined in these modern times?

All of the accusations/criminal charges are collective confessions from trinitaria and islamistan which committed those crimes incessantly over time repetitively and with focus against the Jews and others 👀

I could do a deep dive into the ICC, but I will simply ask; who appoints, elects, or whatever the officers of the ICC? Just curious.

Im fed up with all of this going nowhere. Isn’t it time for Israel to take back Judea and Samaria? To get the ICC off their backs and send every single IRGC officer and weapon to hell? Its like Israel is forever being judged and held back and she’s impotent without USA. What happens when you get an antisemite president?

has there been or is there potential in EMP weapons to utilize to stop the drone fleets?

Non-Nuclear EMP (NNEMP) / High-Powered Microwave (HPM): These are conventional, localized weapons that do not produce radioactive fallout. They include electromagnetic bombs (e-bombs) using Flux Compression Generators (FCG) or microwave emitters, which can be mounted on missiles, drones, or aircraft (such as the US CHAMP missile or China's HIJENKS program). NNEMPs typically affect areas from hundreds of meters to several kilometers, targeting specific military assets like radar, command centers, or unmanned systems.

Strategic Implications and Defense: Modern militaries view EMP weapons as "Weapons of Electrical Mass Destruction" that can paralyze "informatized warfare" networks by targeting the electronic infrastructure that connects command and control systems. Defense against these threats relies on hardening electronics to meet military standards and using Faraday cages to shield sensitive equipment, though widespread civilian infrastructure remains largely vulnerable to both HEMP and high-intensity HPM attacks.

I'm unaware of any internal pushback from within Iran against the irgc and it occurred to me what the Jews did in the Warsaw ghetto with molotovs and makeshift weaponry. driving through irgc guard positions would seem a logical group effort amongst many that could be utilized from within 🤔
